PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY

Shawls and robes symbolize warmth, shelter comfort and peace.

They are created with prayers that are lifted up for the recipient.

We show our love and concern for those who are ill and hurting

by presenting them with a prayer shawl.

Celebration prayer blankets are also given to celebrate a birth, marriage or a new home.

In May, we held a dedication service for completed shawls and those in progress.

Prayer and the recipient of the shawls are the emphasis of this new ministry.
